The Crime Messenger

52′ & 90′ / EN, FR/ HD / 2025

In a captivating clash, Jean-François Eap, inventor of the ultra-secure Sky ECC phone, and Catherine de Bolle, head of Europol, embody two opposing ideals: one, the protection of individual freedoms; the other, the need to monitor in order to protect. While Eap is realizing the dream of an inviolable system in the name of privacy, Catherine, haunted by the failure of the fight against terrorism in 2015, is committed to putting an end to these technologies, which she sees as havens for organized crime.

Between espionage, secret alliances, and moral dilemmas, this thriller crosses continents and gray areas, revealing the power games that lie behind digital security.

This documentary poses a universal question: how far can we go to protect ourselves, and at what cost, in a world torn between technological utopia and authoritarian control?

Tibetan Buddhism, the unspeakable truth

Sexual abuse, mental manipulation, and embezzlement: Tibetan Buddhism has been rocked by serious scandals. An in-depth account lifts the veil on the less-than-spiritual underbelly of a religion revered in Europe.   His name is Ricardo Mendes and, at a very young age, he went through hell in a Buddhist community in Castellane, far from the ideal of wisdom preached by its founder, Robert Spatz. Now seeking justice and having brought a civil action in court, Ricardo recounts how the Belgian lama encouraged his disciples to abandon their children to him, leaving him free rein. Physical abuse, deprivation of food and freedom, and rape of girls were the daily lot of these unprotected children.
